Security deposits are required for all trips unless stated otherwise. To confirm a trip, the security deposit must be paid; without this payment, pickup cannot be guaranteed. Please note that if a trip is canceled after the security deposit has been paid, the deposit will be non-refundable. The only exception to this policy is if Van Cam

The only exception to this policy is if Van Campen Transportation Services, LLC is unable to provide pickup for any reason, in which case the security deposit will be refunded.
By paying the security deposit, clients acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions established by Van Campen Transportation Services, LLC. It is the client's responsibility to stay informed about these policies and any potential changes.

Pets are not allowed on our trips, except for service animals. Van Campen Transportation Services, LLC adheres to all relevant laws concerning service animals.

The responsibility for car seats rests solely with the adult accompanying the child. All car seats must be provided and installed by this adult. In the event of an accident, any liability resulting from improper installation of the car seat or incorrect fastening of the child will be the sole responsibility of the adult.

All vehicles are equipped with audio and video monitoring through dash cameras. By entering our vehicles, clients consent to being recorded and accept these terms and conditions.

Any cleaning or damage fees beyond normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the client. An assessment of the damage and cleanup will be conducted by a professional car detailer or repair shop, and the costs will be charged to the client.
Examples of potential fees include:
- $250 for any bodily fluids.

Any behavior deemed improper, including but not limited to harassment, aggression, excessive noise, or the use of inappropriate language, will not be tolerated. In such cases, the passenger will be required to pay for the trip

We encourage all users to maintain a respectful environment and to report any incidents to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
